We are thrilled to announce the recent successful completion of our participation in one of the largest refinery turnaround projects in Egypt Egyptian Refining Company (ERC) — 𝗘𝗥𝗖 𝗧𝗔𝗥 2025 — which is considered one of the major milestones in Tiba Petroleum Services’ journey.
This achievement firmly cements TIBA’s position as 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, which play a critical role in maintenance, inspection, and enhancing the operational efficiency of plant units during shutdowns.
🔧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
✅ As the main contractor for Waterjetting service during the shutdown, deployed over 10 high and ultra-high pressure units, ensuring safe and efficient performance under critical timelines..
✅ Operating at pressures from 1,500 to 2,500 bars
✅ Equipped with cutting-edge accessories and advanced safety tools
🔍 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸:
🔸 Conducted full pre-inspection activities and cleaning of 51 units (Heat Exchangers & Air Coolers)
🔸 Serviced over 36,000 heat exchanger tubes, totaling 215,526 meters
🔸 Cleaned 4,600 air cooler tubes, totaling 43,000 meters
